Job content:
1. Complete the annual and monthly sales targets of the team issued by the company. Be responsible for the regional market channel and sales target;
2. Improve the company's various sales management regulations and improve the salesman's ability and performance;
3. Responsible for leading the team to develop the agent channel and distributor channel customers, and sign sales contracts with customers. Supervise and urge the monthly channel sales target in the contract to be achieved;
4. Actively develop and reserve new agent channels and dealer channel customer resources, and continuously open up business channels.
Salary structure: Basic salary+bonus+personal performance commission+team performance commission

Recruitment requirements:
1. 30-40 years old, college degree or above;
2. More than 8 years of sales channel development experience, more than 5 team management experience;
3. Those who have sports equipment, education, engineering and other related channels and work experience are preferred.
